Do you take suggestions for new prehistoric animals to feature?

Yes, we do! While we have a number of creatures already in the works, we're always anxious for fan feedback/suggestions. If you have a specific request, please contact us!

For your Fossil Fusion T-Shirts, do I have a choice of shirt color?

Because each of our animals is a unique work of art, often comprised of literally hundreds of colors, we've invested a great deal of time and energy in selecting the perfect fabric color to match each one! So, rather than offering an infinite number of combinations and risking color clashes or loss of detail, each creature has its own specific shirt color that's designed to showcase it in the most flattering light possible.

Do you offer youth/children sizes?

At the moment, we don't offer youth/children sizes; however, we're actively working on expanding our garment lines to include them. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified as soon as they're available!

Do you offer women's sizes?

All of our Fossil Fusion T-Shirts are unisex and are cut to be flattering on both women and men! Therefore, at the moment, we don't offer unique patterns for women. That said, we're always anxious for feedback; so, if you have a specific request/idea, please don't hesitate to reach out via our contact page!

Do you offer bulk/wholesale pricing on your products?

Yes, we do! If you're a museum, retail provider, gift shop, or simply are interested in purchasing our products in bulk, please reach out to us via our contact page and/or call us at +1 855-490-4800.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the U.S., Canada, and all 28 E.U. member nations, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

Additionally, we ship to Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Hong Kong, Iceland, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, and Taiwan.

What do you charge for shipping?

In the U.S.:

For Standard Shipping, we charge a flat rate of $5 and offer Free Shipping for orders over $75
For Priority Shipping, we charge a flat rate of $20

In Canada:

For Standard Shipping, our rates start at only $5 and vary based upon the type/quantity of products selected
For Priority Shipping, our rates vary based upon the type/quantity of products selected

International:

For Standard Shipping, our rates start at only $10 and vary based upon the type/quantity of products selected
For Priority Shipping, our rates vary based upon the type/quantity of products selected

When will my shipment arrive?

Our Fossil Fusion T-Shirts, X-Ray Cards, and Signature Gift Boxes typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Because they are made-to-order, our Paleoscape Canvases typically ship within 6-9 business days.

In the U.S.:

Standard Shipping - orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after shipment
Priority Shipping - orders typically arrive 1-3 business days after shipment

Canada/International:

Standard Shipping - orders typically arrive 10-14 business days after shipment
Priority Shipping - orders typically arrive 6-10 business days after shipment

For Canada/International shipments, arrival time may vary based upon the specific destination and any customs delays.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If your order has arrived damaged/defective, or if you've received the wrong item(s), please contact us within 72 hours of receipt so that we can make arrangements for replacement.

All other returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of your order date. Please note that international orders are not eligible for return/exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn (if applicable), and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

Paleoscape Canvases
Signature Gift Boxes
X-Ray Cards
Any/all items marked "Final Sale" or equivalent

Eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. To submit a request for a return/exchange, please send us an e-mail at orders@permia.com or use our contact form.

Unless otherwise indicated, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Returns/exchanges typically are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of your return shipment.

Please use a trackable shipping method when returning item(s) to us, and we strongly suggest purchasing shipping insurance if the value of your item(s) exceeds the standard coverage of the shipping method you have chosen. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
