Do you take suggestions for new prehistoric animals to feature?
Yes, we do! While we have a number of creatures already in the works, we're always anxious for fan feedback/suggestions. If you have a specific request, please contact us!
Do you offer youth/kid sizes?
Yes, we do! Currently, we offer Youth sizes of our Parasaurolophus and Stegosaurus Fossil Fusion Dinosaur T-Shirt designs, and we look forward to expanding our Youth offerings in the future!
Do you offer women's sizes?
All of our Fossil Fusion Dinosaur T-Shirts are unisex and are cut to be flattering on both women and men! Therefore, at the moment, we don't offer unique patterns for women. That said, we're always anxious for feedback; so, if you have a specific request/idea, please don't hesitate to reach out via our contact page!
Do you offer bulk/wholesale pricing on your products?

What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the U.S., Canada, and all 27 E.U. member nations, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Additionally, we ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom.

When will my shipment arrive?

Please note that all timing is approximate and not guaranteed. Most of our products typically ship within 1-2 business days, subject to available inventory and seasonal demands.
Because they are made-to-order, our Permia Pets typically ship within two weeks.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If your order has arrived damaged/defective, or if you've received the wrong item(s), please contact us within 72 hours of receipt so that we can make arrangements for replacement.
All other returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of your order date. Please note that international orders are not eligible for return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn (if applicable), and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. To submit a request for a return/exchange, please send us an e-mail at orders@permia.com or use our contact form.

Unless otherwise indicated, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Returns/exchanges typically are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of your return shipment.
Please use a trackable shipping method when returning item(s) to us, and we strongly suggest purchasing shipping insurance if the value of your item(s) exceeds the standard coverage of the shipping method you have chosen. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
